Welcome to Day 8 of our potato harvest, and it's been quite the journey so far! In today's video, we're kicking things off with a bit of flagpole drama – this is the third time we've had to replace it! After some quick repairs, we raise the flag once again and dive back into the field. It's a dry and dusty one out there, making for some challenging conditions, but we're pressing on to keep the harvest moving.

But the field isn't the only place where things are happening. Today, we've got a big task ahead of us as we prepare to move from one potato cellar to another. You'll get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how we set up these massive cellars to handle the millions of pounds of potatoes we're stacking. From shifting equipment to making sure everything is running smoothly, we've got a lot on our plate today, but it's all part of keeping the operation running like clockwork.
