In today’s video, we’re showcasing all of our brand-new Spudnik potato equipment that’s ready to go in the cellar for this year’s potato harvest. We’ll go over how each piece of equipment works and how it’ll help streamline our operation during one of the busiest times of the year. Along with that, we’re sharing some of the key preparations we’re making for the upcoming harvest, from setting up the cellar to ensuring everything is running smoothly in the field. After that, we take you out to the field to run our Lemken Rubin 12 disc, turning in the manure to prepare the ground for next season’s crop. There’s a lot to get done before the potatoes start coming out of the ground, and we’ll also cover a few more random tasks around the farm that need to be squared away.
