Welcome back to Day 10 of our potato harvest here at Rocky Mountain Farmer! We start the day off with a quick morning update from the potato cellar, making sure everything is in place and ready for another busy day. From there, we head out to the fields to run the vine chopper, clearing out the potato vines to make the harvest easier. It was a long but productive day, and I was lucky enough to capture some incredible sunset drone footage of the harvester and crossover in full swing—trust me, it’s worth seeing!

As the day came to a close, we tackled the big task of moving to a new potato cellar. We finished up by storing a whopping 7,000,000 pounds of potatoes in the new facility, marking another milestone for this year’s harvest. It’s always an exciting feeling seeing the cellar fill up after a long day in the field.
