Two years ago we had an opportunity to invest in a vacation property in a very desirable part of Montana. It was something we've never done before and being a fixer upper we had a mountain to climb to get it back on the map. One of the last big hurdles to overcome was building a new deck. So we went all out and built one strong, beautiful deck to last many generations of Welkers.
