This is the second and final part highlighting Spaldings, the 65 year old Lincolnshire company selling machinery, spare parts, workshop tools & consumables and PPE to the agricultural, ground care and forestry sectors.

In this update we look at the importance of customer satisfaction and through lots of hard work, complaints are very few.

Product development is a massive part or what Spaldings are about. Some ideas pronate from farmers but mostly other manufacturers and Spaldings own products are developed though 3D technology and printing. This has a huge bonus over previous systems because new parts are first made out of plastic and offered up to machines to make sure they fit before they are manufactured out of metal.

New machinery is another important area for Spaldings:

Honda, Husqvana, Kress and Stihl lawnmowers and garden equipment are sold.

TMC Cancela supply Toppers, mulchers, tree stump grinders and other forestry equipment.
Lehner vento small seed applicators and slug pelleters
Lastly Spaldings manufacture their own subsoiler, the Flatlift, by a Lincolnshire engineering company.
