A mixed day both in terms of amount of work done and unfortunate events!

Steve was out all day in the John Deere 8R410 and Horsch Focus and drilled around 100 acres of grass seeds into the maize stubble from the day before. We catch up with him first to check on progress.

Elsewhere Flyn is hedgetrimming, tidying the field hedges at a block of maize ground we’ve already harvested and seems to be going well - but immediately after we see him the belts snap on the trimmer (for the second time this week)

We move some pieces back from the sale field now it’s over and the majority is picked up and sold.
Andrew and Josh move some fibre for storage before spreading.

Harry is delivering 2 loads of wheat grain into Exeter but with 2 traffic accidents on the M5 his round trip time more than doubles so he only manages the one load today!
