A big day for the business today as maize is finally in the ground!

Both John Deere 8R370s and the 8R410 are out working ground infront of Will in the John Deere 6R250 and 6m Horsch precision drill.
Andrew in one 8R370 is pulling the Horsch Terrano through the ploughed ground while the 7 and 8 meter Kuhn Power Harrows are pulled by Steve and Harry.

Elsewhere were moving fibre around ready for it to be spread and George is out on T1 winter wheat sprays in the Horsch Leeb trying to dodge any rain.

All in all a positive milestone for the maize growing season and the cropping year on the whole as the first acres of maize are drilled.
