We wont be in the field any time soon so we did a thorough health evaluation on each of our 5 pastures. Three of the pastures had 20 pairs and two pastures had 35 pair. We make sure no bovine has pink eye or a limp and assess if the bull is still able to breed efficiently. If we do have a sick animal we have brought along our dart gun so we can treat the animal at a safe distance and can spare the hard work and stress of chasing an animal in the hot sun to get it in a corral.
