It’s another long day out here on the potato farm in Idaho, and we’ve got our hands full from sunrise to sunset. The morning starts off cold and foggy, but we’re back in the field moving spuds, fixing equipment, and keeping trucks rolling to the cellar. Between changing rollers, tightening chains, and chasing down breakdowns, there’s never a dull moment. We’ve got the Spudnik harvester running full tilt, semis hauling steady, and tractors pulling discs behind us working ground before winter sets in.

The day rolls on with nonstop action — chopping vines, loading millions of pounds of potatoes, setting up the cellar conveyors, and getting ready for another big push tomorrow. Even had a visit from Flat Stanley in the middle of all the chaos! These Idaho potatoes are looking incredible this year, and the crews are working hard to bring them all in before the weather turns.
