After a long wait, we finally get some rain on the farm but unfortunately, it’s nowhere near enough to make a real difference.

With conditions still challenging, work continues as we begin putting down stone in preparation for a new shed, carefully getting the levels right to support the next stage of development. Alongside this, we deal with ongoing issues including broken land drainage, hedge cutting, and general yard improvements.

We also take a look at how the barley is progressing, carry out important safety testing on equipment, and keep pushing forward with infrastructure work including rolling the yard and fencing off the next phase of the Shed of Dreams expansion.
