Paul, Pauric and Nanny Finnegan are busy again in the kitchen cooking up a storm. Paul is really getting into the swing of things and even Nanny is surprised at his cooking ability....we think he kept that secret quiet on purpose!

On todays menu we have a delicious vegetarian dish :

-Portobello mushrooms encased in puff pastry with a red cabbage and cheese and onion accompaniment. Can be served as a starter and also as a main course or used as an accompaniment for a steak too.
