In today's episode of farming life at la forge, I feed our replacement heifers before going to pick holly on the quad bike with Paco and Prune. Mam has launched her new farming Christmas cracker business and is preparing for her first market this weekend. Myself and Dad head to the mart bright and early with 9 of our male weanlings. After seeing the price cattle were going for, our cattle went into the ring and reached a record price. We then went to the local farm supply shop to look at a crush as we're looking to upgrade ours, but were disappointed with the one they had. Finally, dad will update you on how the calving is going and issues we had in the autumn.
