This month Charlotte Ashley presents Farming Britain #7 and we're grassed up.
From harvesting turf to harvesting wheat to grazing your own pasture.
We start with young farmer George Lawrence who is showing us how to cut turf on his farm near Clacton on Sea - George's boss, farm manager James Groom explains "potatoes" telling us that the supermarkets labeling them white or red is not helpful.
We then head north to see our Canny Crofter Naill who is paid a visit by "Seaweed Dave" - Dave gets stuck in and starts eating Naill's grass and smelling his soil to test if his lab analysis was correct and indeed Naill's pasture is "dead."
Finally we find out how to avoid a grain fire with farm manager Andy Crow - he is taking in the last of his wheat, but there's some unripe plants in there which could destroy his crop.
