In today's video, we are finally cutting the uncovered maize! Bro was left to film this one as myself and Liv were away on our Honeymoon. Unfortunately, he didn't record any sound so it's a bit of a silent movie! Me and Father Phil introduce the video and then have a chat at the end comparing the maize harvest and taking a look at different cobs from covered and uncovered maize and the different varieties.
