In today's video, it's time for something a little different! We follow the farm-to-fork story of our beef. Our 1st pedigree Jersey bull is fit and ready for the butcher so come with us as we drop him off at Gilligans' Farm in Roscommon. Then we take a look at different carcasses and the different breeds - who do you think looks the best?! We follow Vinnie and Paul as they butcher our side of beef in only 20 minutes!
