The times that are most fun on farm and that make agriculture all worth it is when I can bring animals out to fresh pasture for the first time. Whether it is chickens or pigs or any other livestock that moment when they get their first fresh grass is amazing.

Spring is a great time on farm for that as the grass is growing fast, the animals are young, and the season is just getting under way. For those of you who have subscribed and have been following along in order, the pigs went out weeks ago. I'm just now getting around toe editing this video together.

It is always important to stop and enjoy the now and appreciate the little things. These pigs will be raised on pasture until they ... umm... are bacon.
