A silly new segment from a tired farmer. I shot this at the end of the day while taking a moment to relax. Naturally as I relaxed I had to do some work and shoot a video.

I know I get a little rambly some times and I have a unique ability to talk in sentence fragments but I enjoyed having the conversation with this video. I'm curious to know your thoughts on this whole talking from a canoe concept.

I also enjoy that my day to day challenges are not only helping me grow as a person but helping a movement that I believe in. It is an unorganized movement toward using more regenerative agriculture and being more aware of how our food is produced. There are millions of people involved in thousands of different ways, and that to me is exciting!

Some times the weeks are hard and take a lot out of you but at the end of the day we're making a difference and we're eating well while doing it.
