It's winter and I'm walking the farm now that it has no leaves. I'm keeping a critical eye on how the water moves, where the animals have been, and where my many different operations and plans can fit into the landscape. It's a great time of year for this sort of thing though you should be doing this regularly. I don't do it nearly enough, but I'm working on it. It has definitely helped shape my plans.
