I have been instituting Lean principles into my farm when I get the chance and as I recognize opportunities. In the beginning when you're starting your farm a lot of the principles are easy to apply. This video is about how I applied some simple visual direction with signs and I have now seen it make a big difference on farm.

With all of the buildings labeled there is less confusion as to where things are, where you should meet people, or what tools go back to what area. This saves us time and helps us develop our farm vocabulary.
