Part of raising chickens is what you do with them when it's time for them to move on. I did a backyard scale slaughter the other day and highlighted each of the stations I use in the slaughter process.

Their is more than one way to do all of this. You're welcome to experiment and critique my set up. I also put links in the video for the rest of the videos in this series.
