One of my jobs is to take care of the organic waste from the brewery and distillery. It's just grains mixed with water or crushed fruit and water so there's nothing bad in there. And no, there's no alcohol because we keep that and bottle it.

I transport it and compost it. It's not a huge boon to the farm, but it is to those other two businesses. For me it's a good mindless task that I know is holistically benefitting the whole business.
