I have 120 birds that are 16 week old started pullets. That means another farmer raised these birds from chicks for me and I bought them as they are teenagers.

I chose to go with started pullets this year as an experiment in efficiency and productivity. Can started birds of a more productive egg breed make the difference? We're going to find out.
