Your CSA members are making an investment in your farm. Who buys something without seeing or tasting it first? That's incredible. Treat your CSA members like they are incredible! Plain and simple.
Remember, in any good relationship, the little things are what counts most. Respond to message, learn names, and treat people with respect.
