Raising pigs on pasture is the way to go. With the feeder and the shelter mobile it is easy to keep the pigs moving. If you keep them moving the smell doesn't get that bad and they don't dig up the ground too much.

This feeder holds about 300lbs of feed for each fill. With the skis onthe bottom it moves very easily across the grass. Even witht he sides as open as they are the feed doesn't get really wet, even when it rains. The pigs go throough enough feed as well that it stays fresh.
