Ever wonder why on certain days, it does not seem like we get much done on the farm? The beginning of this episode explains why.

We have another grave to dig on Cornstar Farms today. Due to it being the middle of the winter, we have to use the Ground Hog. The Ground Hog is a delicate machine that can dig through frozen dirt. After getting the Ground Hog loaded, Daddy Cornstar and I left to dig the grave.

After moving snow, probing, and getting lined up, the digging process started. We ran into issues right away. The ground was not frozen and it was muddy. The Ground Hog does not do well in mud. After digging for an hour, the hole started to collapse. We did not want the Ground Hog to fall into the hole, so we had to finesse the 2005 Bobcat T-190 around to safely extract the Ground Hog. After a long afternoon, we got it done.
