I am building a movie theater deep underground. Today we are making it impossible to flood.

On today's adventure of the 100% restoration of my $7,000 mansion, we fire up the mini excavator, warm up the skid-loader, pick up some shovels, sling mud and start installing a brand new water draining system around my new underground movie theater.
