Sick cow today vet visit, thought she had milk fever but it didn’t seem to come round with a cal Bottle, she’s not being brilliant with the calf and has mastitis on a back quarter, this cow laid on a calf a few years back so we have decided to take it off her highly unusual we normally persevere but it’s not going to help her or the calf if I’m honest.

Salting the hide today, making sure it’s all covered up tomorrow we will start the solution and get it in.
