Things are hotting up in Ru’s potting shed, seeds are poking through the grow light is officially on and the veg patch is in the long process of being prepped, we are using Ewegrow compost this year, this is where all our wool goes to make peat free local amazing compost. We also keep some fleece to use as weed suppressant and keep those pesky slugs away in a natural way as apparently they don’t like crawling over the strands of wool. The box is for carrots hence the sandy soil with NO STONES (work in progress) the digger is coming in for the new potato patch which was an unused chunk of garden, years ago it had three lovely apple trees in but Roy is his wisdom when we moved in decided they were the reason for the flies coming into the house 🙄 to he took a chainsaw to them much to my absolute horror tears and massive fall outs.
